Great addition, so far
I live in an apartment & have the fridge which came with it. Never enough freezer space!!! I added this freezer to supplement a little over a month ago. So far, it works great. It's also very quiet when running. Because it is top loading, it does not lose much "cold" when opened & shut, so I expect to save on energy. The only complaint I have is that it is about 2" higher than the specs said. Probably that would not matter to most, but mine was supposed to come up about even with a window behind it & it covers the window a little.
