Bait and Add
There is a $200 dollar "Additional" Shipping cost for this item.....$219 sounds fantastic for this product but it is very misleading since you will be charged a total of $235 for shipping and handling for a 3-5 day delivery, making the total cost of the product $454. Glad I caught it before I clicked the Purchase button.
Works good, but some issues.
I did not buy this from Amazon. I found another vendor that had a better price and free shipping to store. When I picked the fan up at the store, the box was in great shape. Absolutely zero damage to the carton or the fan.
After getting it installed (a two day job), I had a noise. This turned out to be the motor pulley. The set screw had not been tightened at the factory. Poor quality control. Also, the motor is designed to move in some slots to adjust belt tension. This is easier said than done. I had to cut a piece of 2x4 and then use a big screwdriver against it to get any leverage. This is a poor design. I still have a belt squeak when I first turn it on if on low speed. It goes away after a few minutes. It appears to me that the supplied belt is too wide for the pulleys. I'm going to try and get a little narrower belt to see if that kills the noise.
